I love our new hallway.

depending on my mood it can be a big front porch....the dogtrot to the summer kitchen...an old haunted victorian mansion....it makes me so happy.

Katie & Brayden were here for the weekend. the last time she came home was THE WEEKEND, which was long and sad and tear-filled. this weekend was not much better. I can just hear my dad saying I'll give you something to cry about... (or I don't give a shit what TMM says..... she was my pom pom coach.)

after they left made a Menards run and got trifold doors for 2 bedroom closets and the soon-to-be built downstairs bathroom closet and enough ship lap to do the diningroom ceiling.

the other day coming home from an oil change in Kirksville I stopped at Casey's for a Pepsi and saw a Mr. Goodbar, which I saw on John's Instagram was his favorite candy bar. so I bought one and ate about half of it. not my favorite candybar, but beside the point....I don't think I even have a point these days.
