last night I braved the roller coaster roads to Cainsville to see Coach Dailey and East Harrison Bobcats vs. North Harrison Shamrocks

got a couple of compliments on his coaching style...I'm proud of Coach Dailey. he gets them all in the game. he hasn't pantomimed hanging himself with his neck tie yet. he remains calm. and he seems to be having fun. that big old grin surfaces every now and again. then I drove around in the dark and tried to remember where Aunt Dona and Uncle Dean's big old white house with wrap around porch was. I remember it was at least 2 story, and had a huge back yard with pine trees......but it was a long time ago. and my memory isn't real trustworthy.... too dark. found 2 candidates. but then I found this sign....so, I smiled and went home.

I did find out today that a school nurse can threaten to call DFS over lice. I guess anyone can actually threaten anything. Kevin dropped black Blazer off at Willis's. to Casey's for a fountain Pepsi, then to chiropractor, El Nopal, and Hy-Vee. 4 more days. 4 more days. 4 more days. unless someone quits or gets fired. (me?) then it could be nooooooooooooooo more days.......or nooooooooooooooooooooooooo more days off.

we watched the Chiefs win after I got home, Kevin & I tag teamed supper. Zerelda and I were dancing in the living room, she tripped over the red monster truck and hit her nose and bit her lip. blood everywhere. and tears. she very rarely cries when she falls, so I knew it was bad. her lip is all swollen. cleaned her up, tried to put an ice pack on it, KJ dosed her with Tylenol.

Haunted Live

I freakin' love this show. it captures the essence of ghost hunting 100%. the sniffles. tripping over cords. the guy in the corner making a noise. the creepy feelings. doin' it in the dark.

the power washer went ghost today (as expected.) my muscles are screamin', but we're down to half a room to wash tomorrow. talked some bb with Coach K.J. and SUCCESS! those 2 dress shirts look brand new. thank you, Oxiclean! some more laundry to fold while I finish catching up on Haunted Live. Baby Z has went to bed, she had a big day out and about. I already had my after work power nap, and a few minutes of face to face with the husband x2, so I'm good to go.

did I blog about this amazing location? such a beautiful old house. we got to meet the new owners. she obviously loves this house and has put so much energy into decorating. we just got in on the beginning of her Halloween decorations...I wish I could go back and get my own pics...but will steal hers from Facebook....

Kevin has had some very exciting news lately...

we won $7 on Powerball, so he bought more tickets. and at his work insurance meeting, his company got rid of the requirement of having to have your own insurance. so, if my company got rid of it too, that would have us paying 1 premium out of 2 paychecks instead of 2 premiums. to the tune of like $135 a paycheck savings. woot woot.

(if we ever do win the lottery, I will need a new addition on the house for my hoodie collection. 'cause I'll buy everyone that catches my eye AND several pairs of the suade fur lined high tops, too!)
