There's a selfie trend that's sweeping social media and it's near impossible to do.

you take a naked selfie, using 1 finger to cover your nipples and who ha. I almost wanna try, just for the laugh. but can you really ever delete anything off your phone? and do I really wanna look at myself full length naked in a mirror? ugh.

Momo Challenge From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A disturbing image of "Momo" circulated in mid-2018, derived from a Japanese sculpture titled Mother Bird (2016). The "Momo Challenge" is an alleged form of cyberbullying that spreads through social media and cell phones. After phone users are enticed to contact a user named "Momo", they receive graphic threats from the user and are instructed to perform a series of dangerous tasks. Despite claims that the phenomenon was reaching worldwide proportions in July of 2018, the number of actual complaints is relatively small, and no police force has confirmed that anyone was actually harmed.
The Momo Challenge gained the public's attention in July 2018, when it was noticed by aYouTuber, ReignBot.[5] Targeting teenagers, people presenting themselves as "Momo" on WhatsApp messages try to convince people to contact them through their cell phone. As with other Internet "challenges" phenomena such as Blue Whale, players are then instructed to perform a succession of tasks, refusal to do so being met with threats. Messages are subsequently accompanied by frightening or gory pictures.[1][2][3][6] The challenge came back somewhat in 2019, with Momo appearing on the Youtube Kids app, during Peppa Pig episodes. The "hacked" episodes included violence and disturbing footage, along with Momo speaking to hurt themselves or others in the process.[citation needed] Although authorities have not confirmed any physical harm directly caused by this "challenge", police forces and school administrations on several continents have issued warnings about the Momo Challenge and repeated common advice about Internet safety. WhatsApp is encouraging its users to block phone numbers engaging in this practice and to report them to the company.[1][2][7] Commenting on the numerous rumours of suicide related to the Momo Challenge, web security experts have stated that the phenomenon is likely a case of moral panic: a sensationalised hoax fueled by unverified media reports.[4] By September 2018, most phone numbers associated with "Momo" were out of service

first off. why am I home on a Monday? I had a rough Sunday and Sunday night. brought back memories of pregnancy.

how did I ever survive all that violent puking? I'd almost rather jump off a roof than puke these days. when my alarm went off, I called my boss and the barn. and now I feel guilty. am I really all that sick? I mean, I do hurt. and it's hard to stand up. but I probably should've muscled through. I keep seeing my dad milking on crutches. but I have to remember my age. I don't bounce back like I used to. and what do I really do at work that's all that important, anyhow? bumble about and fuck stuff up. hopefully my long-suffering coworkers will forgive me. and it's not just that. Zee was sick last week. then KJ got violently ill. they thought she got car sick. he blamed bad pizza from a warmer. I felt so bad on way to KC Saturday that Kevin almost turned around and went home, but I pulled through it. I blamed that on carsickness, too. but obviously there is a bad cootie here and I don't want to take it to work. they have young kids. or it could maybe somehow morph into a new pig disease and a new SyFy movie.I have laid around and laid around, and this has been brewing in my head.....so I am gonna attempt to have Karen answer Todd's letter, just for my own enjoyment. I am not as clever as the guy who wrote Todd's letter, Jersey Devil love him.
Brian Buckley: Dearest Karen, The indications are clear, we will be packing up our humble camp and exiting this Starbucks, within days. The constabulary here on Main is unimpressed with my lack of footwear and has asked us to leave. I fear that this new establishment will Not have adequate Wi-Fi, lest, our Correspondence may be infrequent. I also fear my suspender may give out at any moment. Times are bleak. Your love is all that gets me through the days. My dearest Karen, i do not know where my next Carmel Macchiato may come from, and my caffination levels may plummet, but know this, I will drink of your love as it gives me the strength to cross this road to the next Location. All 90 yards of Burning hot asphalt under my feet, is no comparison to how deep your love burns within me. Until next we correspond, Love always, Todd June 4th, 1863
My Dearest Todd. I received your correspondence of June 4th and am relieved to hear that you are still alive. I knitted you suspenders, but soldiers camped nearby stole them, and the good silver, and our last shoat. I am ever so tired of rolling bandages and putting on a sunny face for the wounded coming home. Bertram, Thaddeus, and Alexander have returned. they have grievous wounds, but they are here and alive. I turned seventeen August last. My youth is quickly fading and I may not be able to wait for your return, God Willing. MaryBelle and Agnes have both married and expecting. Life must go on. As Always, Your Dearest Karen
well, the guy who posted the Dear Karen letter liked it.....

Doug Ward Just a guess I would say hipsters. If you look closely to the left there is a fan in the room. Back in civil war days there were not fans like that, the soldiers would gather in coffee shops and surf the internet in stifling heat on their apple Airbooks.
Shawna McNeil Civil war soldiers would have had more respect than to be barefoot in a restaurant.
Howie Feltersnatch Hipsters, the guy in white is wearing a shirt with a pocket. Shirt pockets didn't come about until the 50s with the decline of waist coats (vests)
Brian Gregus Apple computer - check Award winning coffee - check Barefoot inside a cafe - check Must be civil war soldiers.
Lorraine Rabey Civil war soldiers reincarnated as hipsters ๐Ÿ˜‚
Eric Brunson He has feet like Pumpkinhead.

oh, my.

so....I've been having dreams about work again....

oh, Jersey Devil. recently I was being chased around the barn by a buffalo sized spotted boar. when I asked him why he was chasing me, he said he just had to. he just had to.
so, a civilian is walking through my barn and says, "why are you just running around this barn? get out of the barn!" well, duh. so, I escape to the next barn. and there are 5 ladies in hard hats and daisy dukes and tied up gingham blouses building a children's playground with 5 giant trees with tire swings
and a huge glass observation window, and a big red padded bench that runs across the entire back of the room....this is a play area for local youth, so they'll observe us at work and subconsciously plant the thought that they want to work here when they are old enough. this is Mister Misters idea of how to staff the barn.
and then I end up in Mississippi with an old boss at a mandatory meeting and am going to be late to pick up Zerelda......on to the most recent dream.
Miss Lan and I break into the barn where the P1s come from. Amanda told us to. we walk right in. no camera. no door code. we go through the rooms looking for whatever our mission is....then I find it. The Room. there are gilts milling about of all sizes....weaners, feeders, adult. there is an old lady in a recliner.
she looks up at me and says "Oh, there you are. they said you were coming."
how did she know we were coming?
she tells me I'm her replacement. I'm like, no. I'm quitting in 3 years.
she just smiles. "Nope. You're the one."
so, we hightail it out of there.
then a bunch of people come out of the office. they're asking us questions. we don't know what to do. we're caught. we'll be fired. we try to run out of the building, but tons of people are coming in. we're tripping over their shoes, 'cause they have to put on crocs to go inside. they just keep coming and pushing us back inside. it's a party. 'cause it's the old lady's last day. and I have to take her spot. and I can't leave. not until someone comes to take my spot.....now, this is horror movie shit. my mantra has always been I'll quit when.....(Katie starts kindergarten. I turn 50. when the debt consolidation and student loan are paid off....)this is how I've made it through each day. each year. counting down till my next day off. my next vacation. when I can quit. no. no. no. no.

Right off Highway 304 in Bastrop, Texas, is the scariest gas station in pop culture history. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Gas Station, a Facebook landmark, has been restored to original quality. The best part? You can sleep there, if you want to. The owners held a grand reopening of the gas station in 2016. They added four creepy little cabins on the property so true Texas Chainsaw fans can spend a night or two there going absolutely insane with excitement or dread, who knows. They also offer BBQ. There's a sign out front that says "We Slaughter Barbecue."

Interested in how to contact the new horror resort? The phone number to book a reservation is 512-321-SAWS. That's not deterring at all!
Regardless of the horror factor in this property, it's always incredible to see Texas pop culture landmarks revamped and protected for public use. If there's one thing Texas needs more of, it's scary stories about small towns. Or not. You can find the gas station at 1073 Texas 304 in Bastrop, Texas. Book a cabin, if you dare, here!

Baby Bigfoot, 2 1/2” figure, mounted on Manzanita wood base. By motion picture artist Mark C. Wahlberg. Handpainted polyresin. First Baby Bigfoot.

$15

tonite I exercised patience. I wanted to vacuum. the floors needed vacuumed. I know Z loves the vacuum. so I usually do it when she's asleep, etc.

but tonight it was just the two of us. I let her sit in front of the vacuum and hug it and help me push it, she'd wander off for a bit, I'd vacuum like hell, then when she came back would let her touch it, etc, till she took off again. the floors aren't perfectly clean, but cleaner than they were. I need to just chill axe sometimes. she helps me remember.

Adam and Amy of Kindred Spirits are at Waverly Hills.

Amy dresses so cute to ghost hunt....dresses, sandals, boots....they are now communicating with spirits and trying to help them. and how many spirits will they find to communicate with there? watching the camera move around....it's like I'm there again. it is an eerie place. but hauntingly beautiful. and so huge. you could get lost there. so many feelings. so much happened there. They found John's story and gave him a voice. it is amazing. maybe some day I'll meet them....they do go to Odd Fellows, but it's pricey.

Lincoln (2012)

I enjoyed this movie immensely....they captured Lincoln perfectly. his folksy wit. his affection towards his children. staying awake all hours working. and Sally Fields was born to play Mary Todd Lincoln. how cool is it I found this on Netflix after my visit to the Lincoln home on our Illinois trip?

just some old memories.....(sigh)

lil' KJ

high school memories.....

Worlds of Fun....8th grade Jefferson City trip (ok, that's a jr. high memory)...pom pon camp...
