Kate & I watched this on Netflix the other night. a young couple with a large family....the 8 year old daughter is autistic. the triplets are 6. a girl was born with Cerebral palsy and had paralysis. and 2 boys...one of whom decided he was really a girl. he went to kindergarten as a boy, and then he was a girl. there is also a baby sister. and they are supporting their child's decision, they sue the school so she can use the girls bathroom, they become the source of a documentary, and the media. they end up separating. he is a college student, and she is homeschooling these kids since they withdrew them from school for a protest. and she is fielding interviews. requests for interviews. massive criticism. he moves out. at the end, they are trying to reconcile, and she is going to school to be an oncology nurse, 'something challenging.' omg. how much more challenging would she want her life? this made me wonder...how would a child this young make this kind of decision? I still can't decide if I'll get a tattoo or dye my hair platinum silver....and I'm 52.
went to ball game to watch The Glimmer Girls...who were fabulous, as always. I wish I was one of those moms who could just show up 1st quarter of boys game, lean on the wall, watch the dance, and bounce....but.....
have to get a good seat so I can record. and eat and support the senior class...
Parlimentary won 1st place in District! and she placed 2nd in Word Processing....so she has 2 events going to state!!! whoop whoop!!!

work. chiropractor. did chores. made supper. studied parlimentary with Katie...
she got the top score on the parlimentary test in district!!!!! and since it's underlined in red, her mother apparently can't even spell parlimentary....built the last shelf. sorted thru a couple of totes of old pictures. cleaned out a bigger tote for the baby clothes I bought from Rachel for Zerelda.

boob tattoos and silver hair....
a facebook company that makes adult temporary tattoos? guess who is gonna get a boob tattoo???? also toying with taking the plunge and dying my hair silver. Kevin says no. it looks fab on Kate's best friend Brittany....seems to be quite a bit of upkeep with it when I googled it....apparently if you aren't gray, it's hard to keep it going....whereas if you're going gray, it is persistent as fuck....
