well. apparently I didn't learn my lesson from phrogging in bed....so last night watched my first episode of Hotel Paranormal and there was a possession from a hotel room...a bunch of kids traveling internationally who released a dark spirit at their hotel...a tv person who was attacked by a very touchy spirit in a hotel where she was the only guest....and then I just had to turn it off and lay there shaking in the dark.

I'll keep watching. just not in bed, maybe....
