we went honkytonkin' with the girls Saturday night and got the vibe of the place.... then the actual investigation on Sunday. our new friend Lauren heard her name on evp AND the Geo Box. Tracy & I were mistaken for Shadow Figures in the basement and man, did we get the giggles. we also had some fun making fun of Starlena and Samara. I was in the doorway of the Wall of Faces, and there was a scritchy scratchy tippy tappy noise behind me in the beyond total darkness, I was thinking GIANT RAT, not demon crawling up from the well, and finally I had to turn on my lil' pink flashlight and look behind me....nothing.

I had an actual conversation with Nick Groff himself about him hanging his hammock over the well to sleep during the Paranormal Lockdown episode. he explained exactly how he did it and I was just like no way. it is so dark down there, and you know there are bugs and it's an old building and what if whatever you tied that hammock to rotted away or broke and you fell into the well....guess that's why he's Nick Groff Ghost Hunter and I'm deb dailey pig farmer...my biggest lament is I forgot to buy a shot glass. and I can't get one online, keeps saying there's an error when I try to log in. it was cool to be there right after the Mud Slide. and had a long conversation with Matt the security guard who's been there 15 years, he was there for the original Ghost Adventures Lockdown. he's met all the ghost hunters who come in. and of course he knows the ghosts. we met 2 cool girls....Lauren from Connecticut who works in a crafts warehouse or something and Eliza, who is a Walmart Pharmacy Tech in Kentucky. started a new tradition of pictures with people we meet. we should probably start taking pics with the ones who annoy us, too.....Tracy found the group pic on Twitter, but I can't log in. reset password and still didn't get in....hasn't posted on Instagram or Facebook yet, but hopefully will or she'll post it and tag me...

will there be another Nick Groff Tour in our future? I don't know. they are expensive. but like Tracy says, we ARE V.I.P.s. and they are a lot of fun! Lee commented on my Bigfoot t-shirt. and got some ghost hunting tips in our group from Jeffy.
