another rainy day...one I spent digging in feed bins and going to a mandatory work BBQ and then had to go back to work to finish up and worked 1 1/2 hours late.

I think they missed the whole point of the appreciation BBQ....I'm not a fan of pork on stryofoam plates with plastic forks and knives. I don't particularly feel the need to know the direction the company is headed. I didn't even see my husband today. which is an accepted part of working opposite shifts, granted. But after spending 3 glorious days together and reconnecting, I really miss him on the days we can't even wave to each other on the street as we pass. one more day (if I don't just no call, no show, which I wish I had the balls to do, but of course I don't.) sigh.....
