the combo of ivy dry shower scrub and benadryl is knocking the itch down. tomorrow is the big Dr. appt. day and I'm not very excited. getting told how fat I am and how I can not be fat gets old. every fat person is different. I just hope I don't start bawling. which is my go to when I am PISSED. it's gonna be a long fucking day.
