so, I rewatched Ghost Adventures Quarantine since I have now actually been inside The Haunted Museum and here are my takeaways....

google tells me the cars parked outside were the 1968 Black Camero owned by David Koresh and a 1966 Pontiac Black Hearse. got to go in the Yacht Room, the Fun House, the Sideshow, the Gypsy Wagon, The Portal Room (I wanna make a dummy portal room with old stereo speakers....and put in my own handwritten intentions and names.) Serial Killer Room. "That's what you got to sleep with. Whatever you do in your time, that's on your dime." The Devils Rocking Chair. didn't get to sit in it like Zak, but hey, I don't miss back pain. we're good. Did I look into Peggy's eyes? I did say "Hello, Peggy" and "Goodbye, Peggy." I forgot to look over the fence at the house next door, and specifically to look at the window on the second floor where museum guests see an old lady looking out. I did get to stand right beside The Death Van. and in the doctor's office. and of course, the Dybbuk box.
I don't remember going upstairs, but according to the show, some of the exhibits I saw were upstairs. I do remember going down to the basement. and again: nothing. I didn't swoon or hit the floor as many guests do. no interviews of me bawling and visibly terrified outside the museum. I did scream when the clown fell out of the wall and hit my back. and I did feel glee complete with hand clapping when I learned there was a Robert Berdella room. I wish he'd put out an official Museum Tour Guide with pictures of the haunted objects, but of course not. and no photography allowed. and I wish I had more time to really examine the artifacts. I tried to take in as much as I could filing past. and I really find it fascinating that Zak can become possessed or whatever during investigations and treat the guys badly, then shrug it off with "I wasn't myself. I was being affected." since my family doesn't do the "ghost thing" this would not work for me.
