home alone crying my eyes out watching Long Island Medium.....the phone rings. I am thinking....CRAP! Johnson Control (work)...it is a name I dont' recognize, but Kevin told the hotel to call if they had trouble with the credit card payment since they were doing it without a card, so I answer. it is the gentleman I talked to when I made the reservation, I told him one room, and said another room in the email, he wanted to know if I wanted them to switch rooms, if he had made an error. I told him as long as they were happy, just let them be. and he said they seemed to be enjoying themselves. talk about service!~
