KJ to Lineville clinic: 43lb, 101 temp, pulse 160, tonsils red & swollen. Cephalexin 250/5ml 100 ml 1 t. qid until gone-I'd forgotten he was allergic to penicillin & WArners caught it on the computer. pouring down rain while running in and out of Dr office and pharmacy, backhoed and rebuilt collapsed sewer stuff-Lije here to help kevin.

11-2 worked 11 hours. 1st snow. cold. KJ's feeling better. hatched 3 fish from kit-transferred to their little dish p.m.

11-3 no fish activity p.m.

11-4 between KJ being sick and working late-today was my 1 shot at getting JCP Xmas portraits-got there right after work, was told to come back at 6, went back at 5:30, he was done taking pictures. visited G&G. Mc//. Hy-Vee got 2 Fruit Loops so KJ can get his StarWars action figure. somehow I killed the baby fish.

11+5 one of Koren's Xmas gifts appeared on the Parents Magazine Bset of 95 toys Feature-Miss AG of Today Doll. NONE of KJ's. I figured Playmobil would make the list. dusting of snow on the ground AM. walked Snoball around the yard (kind of like a bad MarmaDuke cartoon) he ripped off the thing that held his nametag and lost tag. pics of kids by fence, in tree, by bricks. KJ deep cough p.m. getting hoarse. wheeze deep in chest. 1/2t. Codimal DM 8p.m.

11-6 the price I'm paying for the convenience of making my own appts. at Dr office for shots and paps instead of trying to get days off when the free clinic tells me I have to go (& answering questions about my sex partners for the last year and explaining my method of birth control) is: $25.70 lab fees, $120/yr shots, $40yr/physical. $185.70 to add a little convenience to my (I think) hectic life. I'll probably it menopause about 50 (WRONG: 48!) 19 years x $185.70 = $3525.60. probably about the same cost as getting my tubes tied. 11-7 dropped film off at Warners, K. 1pm mntg, then work. reading Stephen King's "Rose Madder" Kev & Koren read it before me. Decided to order Robin C. an OTC dark 10" bear and dress it in Santa Suit and glasses-make a little SAnta Sack for him. (maybe filled with tiny toys) & nestle in a box of white & red tissue paper.

11-8 haven't been putting pullups on KJ at nite for awhile now. he doesn't want them or seem to need them. he sleeps on couch now. cleaned aquariums and snail bowl. I'm Mary James (Mary Jane from Spiderman) & KJ is Rocky & he keeps talking to 'the guys.' picked up film Warners, visited Mom and John at store, Kimberly's leaving Power Rangers to train for the Pan Global GAmes , Catheine will replace her as Pink Ranger. Billys' the only original left. Catherine is an Australian swimmer who was under Rita's evil spell and could change into a cat. KJ's words: Snoopy bag is 'pack pack'. the school bus is 'awful awful big'. his blue nijan zord is a 'wisa' ( I think). he also likes to call me "Honey. he takes on the identity of all the power rangers. changes his voice...and sidesteps as he changes characters...morphing. Koren was only 4th grade student on the "A" Honor Roll!
