some well-intending person saved stinky neighbor from the courthouse steps again, but kudos to the people who keep showing up trying to buy it and clean up the neighborhood.

this statement makes it look like I have a real bad attitude. and perhaps I do. but if you drive by this eyesore everytime you leave your street...it gets to ya.
