I found a guy on TikTok or Instagram or somewhere, a big man who has developed a love of hiking and trail running. he often has to stop because he has to stop. but then he takes off again. he is out enjoying nature and the joy of movement. and I get it. I love to be out there, too. I need to do it at my own pace. and find my own happy. and not worry if I'm holding up people behind me. or if they're bitching about old slow people on the trails.
