jump in your bed and cover up your head because Santa Claus comes tonight....

for the first time possibly ever since I have worked at PSF/MBMO I had xmas eve AND Christmas off....xmas eve fell on my Wednesday off for working the weekend, and I got xmas off for working Thanksgiving....and they just happened to be two days in a row! so, I spent xmas eve hanging out in my jammies, sleeping late, making breakfast for lunch, taking a nap, sweeping floors, making homemade scalloped potatoes, watching John Wayne Christmas with Kevin, and opening our family gifts. KJ of course asked for video games. Kevin a Chiefs hoody, and I surprised him with an Elvis cd set. Katie ordered a bunch of Little Mermaid stuff and left earrings in the shoppin Katie made me a homemade card that made me cry, and a picture I need to frame...have several of them I need to measure and order frames for! and need to find a wall to put them on! even baked some fridge xmas cookies last nite! we don't have a ton of traditions anymore....didn't do outside lights....didn't watch much for xmas movies....the kids have about banned xmas cds in the vehicles...we don't drink eggnog...but it was a Dailey Family Christmas, just the same. Koren, Cody, & Ian will be here Sunday for Christmas. she has her own little Wills Family Christmas now, and that is as it should be. so proud of my kids! love them so much!
