I always said I'd go if I had downtime...and here I am. The. Swine. Show.

my observations. not all these kids realized that gilts think the world comes to a standstill when they have to pee....we spray iodine on sores from orange sprayers, they spray water into hogs mouths. white pigs show marks...like the little flicky whip marks. and scratches....a couple of these critters were borderline lame....they're market hogs. granted. wouldn't want to breed any of them. too fat. my company breeds leaner pork...what the consumer wants. didn't see a lot of lean pork here... it was fun. especially the young 'uns. but after 2 hours and seein' all variety of gilts, boars, and barrows....I was done and left... the new fair barn is nice....and best of all, not a goddamned mask in sight.

July 14 139 years ago today, William H. Bonney aka Billy the Kid was shot and killed by Sheriff Pat Garrett in Fort Sumner, NM.

The long road to Fort Sumner, NM. It's a tedious drive in the comfort of a vehicle (air conditioning, music, etc.,), so can you imagine riding a horse across this barren landscape all day or more. The sun baking down on you. Rationing water. Billy made the trek many times and the last time he was all alone; no conversation with a companion to keep him company. Must've been boring to say the least. Seeing the structures of Fort Sumner in the horizon must've been a relief. Billy was probably anxious to see his ladies and get a good square meal.

This is a documented photo of Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker in the morgue during the embalming process. Sheet covering Bonnie is soaked with embalming fluid leaking from the many bullet holes fired into her body. While in the morgue there was security there to stop others from removing parts of their body, like fingers, toes, eyes and teeth for a keepsake. Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker were part of the notorious the pair better known as Bonnie and Clyde. They were known bank robbers during The Great Depression. It was also believed that they were responsible for at least 13 murders. On On May 23, 1934, they were killed in an ambush by a posse of Louisiana and Texas officers. More than a 100 bullets were fired into them.

why am I obsessed with these two? it was hard times. they were hard people. they hurt and killed people. ultimately, they hurt themselves. and got themselves killed. they were poor. they found each other. they lived on the run and ate hamburgers for breakfast. and they went down together. kind of a depression era Romeo & Juliet.

Seeking Spirits: The Lost Cases of The Atlantic Paranormal Society

TV's popular Ghost Hunters reveal all-new, never-before-told stories from their spooky early investigations! For the first time ever, Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson, founders of The Atlantic Paranormal Society (T.A.P.S.), share their most memorable and spine-tingling early cases -- none of which has ever appeared on television. Beginning with the previously untold experiences that sparked their passion for ghost hunting, Jason and Grant's bone-chilling investigations uncover: • A Connecticut woman who seems to exist in two places at once • A little girl whose invisible playmate retaliates against her father's punishments • A man overcome by an evil entity as Jason and Grant survey his home • A distraught woman who dreams of paranormal events before she experiences them...and much more! Jason and Grant didn't always have the fancy scientific equipment and experienced team that fans now watch on their smash-hit television show. As they share their hair-raising first experiences, they offer essential tips for budding paranormal investigators -- including how to use an electromagnetic field (EMF) meter and an infrared camera, determine if a supernatural phenomenon is good or evil, and deal with spirits. Whether you're a skeptic or a believer, these fascinating and frightening true stories will keep you up at night
there's some spooky shit in here...an older sister who dislikes her younger sister and offers her up in rituals and the little sister becomes possessed... a haunting that was loose pipes. one that was animals...a bird in attic, squirrels in walls.... a moaning and banging spirit in an apt. building who was the next door neighbor getting laid...a perimenopausal woman who thought she was the victim of an incubus.... an old lady ghost who protected a resident in the house from getting burned by an ember that flew from the fireplace.... a woman in her 40's whose residual haunting is HERSELF as a teenage girl~when the Ghost Hunters help her to this realization, her repressed memories come back and. they. are. unimaginable. .... a man with a residual haunting that ripped his 1800s farm house apart piece by piece until it was no more....dementia...tragic lives...aliens...lost cemetery...schizophrenic...
