took Ann and Izzy to WIC today.
before I left started a really good Bigfoot movie name Bigfoot on a streaming channel, had to exit and give Rip back Cartoon Network so I could leave. got home, couldn't remember what channel I was watching it on. went through ALL of them. couldn't find it. what the fuck. maybe someday I'll stumble on it again. I remember I paused a movie and went to work a while back, when I tried to finish it a day or 2 later, it was just gone. evidently it's time was up. life is hard. also somehow muted the remote in the basket and took like 20 minutes to figure out what the fuck was going on. not my finest moment. Rip and I dusted the "Coke" shelves in kitchen. and podcasted. and watched tv. Kevin went to the Dr. after work. not bubonic plague. or covid. or upper respiratory infection or bronchitis or pnuemonia. pretty much told him to take aleve and tylenol for pain.
oops. forgot Josh. this will probably be Kevin's favorite part of the nite....

about Haunting History Paracon.....
First established in 2015 The Paranormal Research Institute is a unique organization in the field of paranormal investigation and discovery. The core members of the PRI come from many different professions and areas of expertise, yet all members work together to advance the study of paranormal knowledge through coordinated field experimentation, careful documentation and extensive data analysis. Sound engineers, photographers, and a parapsychologist work side by side with sensitives, investigators, and cartographers to create a foundation of solid, repeatable and scientific data which is then archived, analyzed and openly shared with anyone interested. Our REG experiment has been a work in progress for several years and appears to be now in its final stages of data gathering before publication. Justin Spurrier has been investigating the paranormal for the majority of his life with his first memorable experience occurring in 1984. Justin's remarkable journey has landed him face to face with other top researchers in the field and he has investigated some of the country’s most haunted locations with the biggest names in paranormal television. He has also worked on various paranormal shows and documentaries throughout his paranormal career. In 2018 Justin would become the Equipment Technician and Manager on the show Ghost Adventures.
