“They vanished in the same forest without a trace. Not one of them was ever found or heard from again.'
'And you suspect what?' Scully asked. 'Bigfoot maybe?'
'Not likely,' Mulder answered deadpan. 'That's a lot of flannel to choke down. Even for Bigfoot.'
Scully sighed. She should have known better than to joke about Bigfoot to Mulder. Bigfoot wasn't a joke to him.”

Twenty five years ago today, the grave of outlaw Jesse James was exhumed. A team of scientists, led by forensic scientist James Starrs of George Washington University conducted the exhumation at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Kearney, Missouri.
The population of Kearney exploded as the news media, members of the James family and historians descended upon the small cemetery. The local Kansas City media was in attendance along with The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, The Associated Press, NBC, A Current Affair, a German television crew and many others. Good Morning America conducted a live interview beside the opened grave.

SOUTH DAKOTA VISITOR'S ALERT!!!
FYI: For anyone wanting to visit South Dakota ! We're doing OK here right now with COVID cases. We watch in horror as the rest of the country spikes and wonder how long before it makes its way here.
So if you plan on vacationing at our rivers, lakes or on our prairies this summer, I think you should know that red ants and bedbugs have infested hotels and motels across the area due to a wetter than usual spring.
Mountain lions have eaten all domesticated animals and some smaller people.
The poison oak has overtaken all other vegetation.
We have had bear sightings at every park and town.
We have Bigfoots INVADING OUR PARKS.
Porcupines "stabbing" small children should they dare to enter the corn fields.
Skunks have made their way over and multiplied at unprecedented rates and wander the local campgrounds in packs.
Murder hornets!?! We’ve got SHITLOADS of murder hornets.
And I’m pretty sure all private tiger owners have released them into the streets of our towns.
Head lice now fly... right beside the bats.
So stay where you are, in your own province, state or county where it's safe!
Seriously, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE... ✋🏼 🤗
and we also have NO TOILET PAPER!!

I've had a request for Jim Jones...
