I'm on vacation again! glorious, fantastical, marvelous vacation. watched the Chiefs win Sunday night. slept on couch watching a western. Taylore has her sisters girls here while she's having her baby Henlee Beth, so Kevin & I locked ourselves into our room and started watching

we visited our KC grandkids.....and got to see Coralie's big girl bed and meet Ian's new friend Leafy and snuggle with baby Violet and her big blue eyes. Koren is already decorating for the holidays. Ian told me he did live in Halloween Town, now he lives in Christmas Town. (they've watched Nightmare Before Christmas.) she is the mom I wanted to be....clean house. memorable activities. I am so proud of her.

with cold temps and snow, my KC Cemetery walk turned into an indoor lecture about the cemetery we'd walked last year, which was awesome to me, since I'd forgotten all the cool shit I'd learned last year, and I got to look down at the poppy field in the museum, which I would assume was Flanders Field. I mean, I was all pumped to walk a cemetery, but it was freezing. we did a Target run, and I got a soft, warm onesie. I love it. Koren and family gave me a Lizzie Borden book I plan to start reading today and the fuzzy socks modeled by Ian & Coralie by their new Xmas tree for my birthday.

this morning I met my husband for a date at The Deer Hunters Breakfast at Crazy Horse Cafe, then we went our separate ways....

he went hunting. I went to work. not a bad day. came home, knocked some stuff off my dtv list. hanging out in my jammies....life is good.
