KJ took Katie to pool, I picked her up at park, then took her & Kayla to Kasen's bonfire, and picked them up.
I also watched Mountain Monsters, made another jug of homemade fabric softner (because making homemade stuff makes me feel like a better person!), made some bottle cap magnets for downstairs mini fridge, made a Route 66 collage, started the Route 66 wall, folded laundry.....oh, and I worked all day.
our neighbor was mowing his yard on Friday the 13th in the pitch black dark with his headlights under a full moon...evidently he doesn't know about Jason Voorhees?
because if it happened on a corporate hog truck round these here parts, they would be destroyed for 'breaking biosecurity.'
Brittany came over to spend the nite...the girls ate late nite spaghetti and watched Disney dvds....I caught up laundry, did bills, started cleaning off LR table. ordered stuff off amazon.....am going to do a Route 66 wall in basement. went thru mail from vacation....Katie got her final grade card....ended freshman year with a GPA of 3.83! need to make an appt. for her dance physical.....
came home from work and took a long nap.....Katie cleaned floors today. have caught up on Swamp People, Ghost Adventures, Naked & Afraid, Catfish, Sister Wives, and Finding Bigfoot. changed my sheets and baked the Red Wheel Caramel Sticky Buns last night, since they were thawed when the little dance girls I bought them from delivered them. Kevin's new phone came today, he has the latest droid, bigger than mine, more features. made Katie's appt. for wisdom teeth.
so I had to check it out.....he is in the 4 month old section!

but she is done now, by God! Katie went "out" with a boy from Newtown. she was lamenting having to wear jeans and a jacket so she didn't freeze to death....commenting bitterly that she thought it was summer. (this from the girl who was sunburned almost to the point of hospitalization not that long ago.....)
I am weary after my whole 2 days of work....have tomorrow off.
